Small business marketing
One practical plan

Sound familiar? Keeping up is the hard part

You know the basics matter. Keeping up with all of them is another story.

Running your business already takes your full attention. Your website, Google presence, content, email, and updates still matter, but keeping every piece current can quickly become another job.

You keep meaning to get the basics handled.

Your website doesn’t exist yet, or it needs substantial improvement. Your business information online needs updating, and the small-but-very-important marketing to-do list keeps losing to whatever your business demands from you today.

You’ve got the pieces, but no one is managing the whole.

Your website, Google profile, social page, and email exist, but no one has the time to keep the whole system current.

Traditional agency pricing doesn’t fit the stage you’re in.

You need the fundamentals handled professionally without paying for a full agency retainer or buying services you don’t need.

Here’s what we manage

Four essential parts essential to the whole. One team keeping them connected and powered month after month.

01

Your online presence

A professionally customized site, hosting, security, backups, maintenance, and the defined level of Forever Fresh™ care included with Small Business Essentials.

02

Your local visibility

We establish, clean up, and keep your Google Business Profile accurate and current. For eligible local businesses, we recommend it as your primary posting platform because customers use Google Search and Maps to find businesses.

03

Your ongoing content

Eight professionally prepared posts each month for one primary platform, plus one professionally prepared customer email each quarter.

04

Your reporting and support

A plain-English monthly update, professional email at your domain, and a real person to contact when something included in the plan needs attention.

What that means for you

Less for you to manage. More confidence that it’s getting done the right way.

The value of your Creative Visions Live 365: Small Business Essentials™ plan isn’t just what’s included. It’s also knowing that the work will stay consistent, current, and, most importantly, off of your own "to-do list."

Your business shows up looking professional.

From your website to your Google profile and content, the essentials are presented with care, helping customers feel more confident when they find you.

Your online presence doesn’t quietly go stale.

Planned updates keep your information, content, and website from slowly falling behind the business you’re running now.

You’ll know what’s getting done.

Your monthly report shows what we’ve worked on, what needs attention, and what comes next, in plain English.

You'll know exactly who to call when something needs attention.

A real person who knows your business is available when you have a question or an included update needs to move.

Fewer moving pieces on your plate to worry about.

One team keeps the core work connected, so you’re not coordinating separate vendors, reminders, and logins.

Who the plan is for

Small Business Essentials is not for every business. That’s the point.

It’s designed primarily for local small businesses, startups, and solopreneurs. Small professional practices and other businesses may qualify after an individual review of their needs and fit with the plan’s standardized scope.

Businesses with broader, more specialized, or more complex marketing needs may be better served through other CVDMG services and engagements. Small Business Essentials is intentionally limited so the work can remain dependable at its published scope and price.

What clients say

When your marketing is handled, you have more room to run your business.

Here’s what separate services can cost elsewhere

What you could pay to piece all of this together separately.

These are intentionally conservative, low-end estimates of what you might actually pay separate providers for comparable work. And while DIY tools can cost less, the setup, upkeep, and ongoing work remain with you.

Entry-level small-business website build$500 to $1,500 one time
Website hosting, updates, security, and maintenance$50 to $100 per month
Google Business Profile management$125 to $250 per month
Eight professionally prepared content posts on one platform$250 to $500 per month
One professionally prepared email campaign each quarter$50 to $100 per month, averaged
Business email at your domain$7 to $14 per user, per month
Monthly reporting and human support$50 to $100 per month

Even at conservative low-end rates, separate ongoing services can exceed $500 per month before the website build. Small Business Essentials™ brings that work together for $199 per month. Market pricing varies by scope and provider; these estimates were reviewed in August 2026.

Clear scope. Repeatable delivery.

How we keep Small Business Essentials at $199.

Small Business Essentials stays affordable because it’s deliberately focused: the scope is defined in advance, delivery is repeatable, and monthly management can stay efficient. If you need something outside the plan, we’ll tell you before anything changes and point you toward the appropriate service.

Small Business Essentials pricing

One defined plan. One monthly price.

Everything is bundled into one practical monthly plan, with no setup fee and no separate pieces to manage.

No setup fee. When needed, the first year of one standard-priced new domain registration is included. You own the domain and pay renewal costs from year two; we’ll disclose those costs beforehand. Premium, aftermarket, unusually priced domains and existing-domain renewals are not included. If you need work outside the plan, we’ll explain the cost before we do it.

SMALL BUSINESS ESSENTIALS™ FAQ

One plan covers a lot. Here’s how it all works.

Here are the practical details about your website, ongoing updates, content, billing, ownership, support, and the 60-day initial commitment.

Qualification & Pricing

Does my business qualify for Small Business Essentials?

Small Business Essentials is intended primarily for local small businesses, startups, and solopreneurs. Small professional practices and other businesses may qualify after an individual review. We consider your actual needs, complexity, and fit with the plan’s standardized scope. Government small-business classifications don’t automatically determine eligibility. Larger or more specialized businesses are generally better served by another CVDMG service.

Are there setup fees or other required costs beyond $199 per month?

There’s no setup fee. When needed, we include the first year of registration for one standard-priced new domain. You own it and pay renewal costs from year two, which we’ll disclose ahead of time. Premium, aftermarket, unusually priced domains and renewals of existing domains aren’t automatically included. If you need work or third-party products outside the plan, we’ll explain the cost before anything moves forward.

How does billing work?

The plan is $199 per month with no setup fee. Your invoice is issued at the start of your own monthly billing cycle and is due within seven calendar days, or Net 7. You don’t have to start on the first of the month.

We prefer Zelle at zelle@cvdmg.com. Your bank may support recurring payments. We’ll work with you on a convenient payment method that avoids unnecessary processing costs when practical. If another method would result in a customer-facing service fee, we’ll disclose it and get your approval first, subject to applicable payment rules and law.

How does the 60-day commitment and cancellation work?

The 60-day initial commitment gives us time to establish your service relationship and onboarding foundation. It isn’t a required website production timeline: we start website work as promptly as your information, access, and approvals allow. After 60 days, service continues month-to-month.

After the first 60 days, you can submit clear written cancellation notice at any time. Email counts. At least 14 calendar days’ notice is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the first paid monthly billing cycle that meets the notice period. We’ll confirm the effective date. There’s no formal pause or freeze option. Existing customers’ signed agreements govern their terms.

Core Deliverables & Platform Scope

What kind of website is included?

When needed, we build a professionally customized, mobile-friendly website during onboarding. The site can be one focused page or up to five reasonable core pages, hosted and maintained in our supported environment. Website creation is an initial deliverable, not a new build every month.

New pages, major redesigns, ecommerce, custom development, and new functionality are separate work.

Can you work with the website and marketing I already have?

Possibly. We’ll review what you already have first. If the website is well-built, stable, and something we can confidently support, we’ll reuse what makes sense and improve it. If it’s outdated, poorly built, unstable, or would take more work to untangle than rebuild, we’ll tell you that and recommend starting fresh. We won’t take over a website we can’t confidently stand behind.

What’s the difference between the monthly, quarterly, and annual website work?

Each month, we'll make one focused batch of content updates to your existing website, such as refreshing photos, updating business hours, changing pricing, or improving service descriptions. The quarterly revision allows a broader update to an existing page or section. The annual polish is a coordinated review of the existing site’s content and presentation.

These services keep the website current within its existing structure. They don’t bank or combine into new pages, a major redesign, or new functionality.

What does Google Business Profile management include?

We can help establish or claim the profile, clean up and appropriately optimize it, keep the core business information accurate, review categories and service areas, update hours and assets, and periodically check the profile for issues.

Responding to and managing customer reviews isn’t included in Small Business Essentials. That deeper reputation work is part of the $419/month Get Found: Core plan.

How do the eight monthly content posts work?

We prepare eight posts total each month for one platform you choose: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. We recommend Google Business Profile for eligible local businesses because customers use Google Search and Maps to find and research them. The eight posts go to your chosen platform, not to multiple platforms. Baseline profile maintenance remains included whichever platform you choose.

Posts include copy, basic graphics or image treatment, formatting, scheduling, and publishing. You get one reasonable consolidated revision round per monthly batch. We get approval before publishing unless you give standing authorization. You may switch platforms once during the engagement, effective with the next monthly cycle.

What’s included in the quarterly customer email?

You provide and maintain the customer list. We write, design, format, schedule, and send one customer email each quarter. List building, lead generation, and automated email sequences aren’t included.

How many business email accounts are included?

The plan includes up to five domain-based mailboxes, with 1 GB of storage for each mailbox.

Workflow & Client Responsibility

What do you need from me?

We’ll need timely access to your accounts, accurate business information, available brand assets, and reasonably prompt feedback and approvals. We’ll make the process clear, but we can’t complete or publish work that’s waiting on information or approval from your side.

Do unused updates or services roll over?

No. Included services are scheduled for their monthly, quarterly, or annual cycle and don’t bank, stack, or roll over. If access, information, assets, feedback, or approval arrive late, that delay doesn’t create extra work in a later period. We remain responsible for our own work and correcting errors within the agreed scope.

Policies, Boundaries & Offboarding

What isn’t included in Small Business Essentials™?

Paid advertising and ad spend, major website expansion or new pages, ecommerce, custom development or software, video production, advanced SEO or strategy, and reputation or community management aren’t included.

If you need something outside the plan, we’ll explain the scope and cost before any additional work begins.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

We want you to stay because you're happy with our service, not because you feel stuck. Your domain, approved website content, and client-specific business assets remain yours. When needed, the first year of one standard-priced new domain is included; renewal costs from year two are yours and disclosed beforehand.

When an eligible voluntary cancellation takes effect, your paid subscription and managed services, including updates, publishing, reporting, and domain email, end. We provide 30 additional calendar days of complimentary website hosting only from that effective date, subject to platform and provider availability. We’ll confirm the hosting expiration date and send a reminder before it ends. Hosting ends then unless another arrangement is approved. The grace period doesn’t include updates, managed services, or migration labor.

We'll explain your options for moving your website to another provider. Direct transfers aren’t guaranteed, and some sites may need migration or rebuilding. We can coordinate with your new developer or host. Substantial migration, rebuilding, platform conversion, or coordination is separately billed at our established hourly technical services rate, with scope and price disclosed and approved before work begins. Our proprietary systems, reusable templates, nontransferable licenses, and internal tools remain with us.

Can I switch website platforms later?

Switching a launched website to a different platform is a separately scoped website project, not routine maintenance. We’ll explain the scope and price for your approval first. The change doesn’t automatically cancel or restart your existing SBE subscription or begin another 60-day commitment unless a separate agreement expressly changes it.
