Fully managed Small business marketingOne practical plan
Website · Visibility · Content marketing · Real ongoing support
Why this keeps getting put off
You know the basics matter. Keeping up with all of them is another story.
Running your business already takes your full attention. Your website, Google presence, content, email, and updates still matter, but keeping every piece current can quickly become another job.
You keep meaning to get the basics handled.
Your website doesn’t exist yet, or it needs substantial improvement. Your business information online needs updating, and the small-but-very-important marketing to-do list keeps losing to whatever your business demands from you today.
You’ve got the pieces, but no one is managing the whole.
Your website, Google profile, social page, and email exist, but no one has the time to keep the whole system current.
Traditional agency pricing doesn’t fit the stage you’re in.
You need the fundamentals handled professionally without paying for a full agency retainer or buying services you don’t need.
Who the plan is for
Small Business Essentials isn’t for every business. That’s the point.
It’s deliberately built for local small businesses and startups/solopreneurs whose needs fit the plan. If your business needs more complexity, deeper strategy, or a different level of support, we’ll point you toward the right CVDMG service instead.
Professional practices, growing B2B companies, established or larger businesses, and community career schools are served through other CVDMG services and engagements. Small Business Essentials simply isn’t the appropriate product for those needs.
We’ll recommend what’s right for your business, not what’s best for ours.
What that means for you
Less to manage. More confidence that it’s getting done.
The value isn’t just what’s included. It’s knowing the work stays consistent, current, and, most importantly, off your daily to-do list.
01
Fewer moving pieces on your plate.
One team keeps the core work connected, so you’re not coordinating separate vendors, reminders, and logins.
02
Your online presence doesn’t quietly go stale.
Planned updates keep your information, content, and website from slowly falling behind the business you’re running now.
03
You know exactly who to call when something needs attention.
A real person who knows your business is available when you have a question or an included update needs to move.
What clients say
When your marketing is handled, you have more room to run your business.
Small business website and support
“Creative Visions Digital Media Group helped me with my website which helped me reach brand new customers, and most importantly they treated me like my small business mattered. They actually stand by what they advertise. Highly recommend calling them today!”
Here’s what separate services can cost elsewhere
What you could pay to piece all of this together separately.
We’re not stacking the numbers to make the comparison look better. These are intentionally conservative, low-end estimates of what you might actually pay separate providers for comparable work. And while DIY tools can cost less, the setup, upkeep, and ongoing work remain with you.
Entry-level small-business website build$500 to $1,500 one time
Website hosting, updates, security, and maintenance$50 to $100 per month
Google Business Profile management$125 to $250 per month
Eight professionally prepared content posts on one platform$250 to $500 per month
One professionally prepared email campaign each quarter$50 to $100 per month, averaged
Business email at your domain$7 to $14 per user, per month
Monthly reporting and human support$50 to $100 per month
Even at conservative low-end rates, separate ongoing services can exceed $500 per month before the website build. Small Business Essentials™ brings that work together for $199 per month. Market pricing varies by scope and provider; these estimates were reviewed in August 2026.
Clear scope. Repeatable delivery.
How we keep Small Business Essentials at $199.
Small Business Essentials stays affordable because it’s deliberately focused. We’ve built a repeatable system around the online fundamentals the small businesses this plan is designed for are most likely to need, and we keep the scope clear so the work stays efficient.
You still get real people doing the work and real support when you need it. You’re simply not paying for a full agency retainer, unlimited strategy, or services your business doesn’t need.
If you need something outside the plan, we’ll tell you what it costs before we do it.

Creative Visions Live 365: Small Business Essentials™ FAQ
One plan covers a lot. Here’s how it all works.
Here are the practical details about the website, ongoing updates, content, email, ownership, support, and the full 90-day setup period.
Is Small Business Essentials right for every business?
No. It’s designed for true local and small businesses, startups, and solopreneurs whose needs fit the defined plan. Professional practices, growing B2B companies, established or larger businesses, and community career schools are served through other CVDMG services and engagements.
If this plan isn’t the right fit, we’ll point you toward the more appropriate next step.
Does my business qualify for Small Business Essentials?
Small Business Essentials is designed for eligible small, primarily consumer-facing businesses whose needs fit a standardized managed-marketing scope. Some organization types and more complex marketing models are not eligible.
Are there setup fees or other required costs beyond $199 per month?
There’s no setup fee. The work defined in Small Business Essentials is covered by the $199 monthly price. If you ask for work outside the plan, or need a third-party product outside our normal platform stack, we’ll explain the scope and cost before anything moves forward.
What kind of website is included?
You get a professionally customized, mobile-friendly website built with a premium WordPress theme or another CVDMG-managed website platform that fits the business and project. Depending on what your business reasonably needs, that may be a focused one-page site or a site with up to five core pages.
The included website is built within a clear small-business scope. New pages, major redesigns, ecommerce, custom development, and new functionality are separate work.
Can you work with the website and marketing I already have?
Possibly. We’ll review what you already have first. If the website is well-built, stable, and something we can confidently support, we’ll reuse what makes sense and improve it. If it’s outdated, poorly built, unstable, or would take more work to untangle than rebuild, we’ll tell you that and recommend starting fresh. We won’t take over a website we can’t confidently stand behind.
What’s the difference between the monthly, quarterly, and annual website work?
The monthly refresh is for a focused content change to the existing site. The quarterly revision allows a broader update to an existing page or section. The annual polish is a coordinated review of the existing site’s content and presentation.
These services keep the website current within its existing structure. They don’t bank or combine into new pages, a major redesign, or new functionality.
What does Google Business Profile management include?
We can help establish or claim the profile, clean up and appropriately optimize it, keep the core business information accurate, review categories and service areas, update hours and assets, and periodically check the profile for issues.
Responding to and managing customer reviews isn’t included in Small Business Essentials. That deeper reputation work is part of the $399/month Get Found: Core plan.
How do the eight monthly content posts work?
We prepare eight posts each month for one primary platform: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile. That includes copy, basic graphics or image treatment, formatting, scheduling, and publishing.
You’ll have one reasonable consolidated revision round for each monthly batch. We’ll get approval before publishing unless you give us standing authorization. You may switch the selected platform once during the life of the engagement, with the change taking effect in the next monthly cycle.
What’s included in the quarterly customer email?
You provide and maintain the customer list. We write, design, format, schedule, and send one customer email each quarter. List building, lead generation, and automated email sequences aren’t included.
How many business email accounts are included?
The plan includes up to five domain-based mailboxes, with 1 GB of storage for each mailbox.
What isn’t included in Small Business Essentials™?
Paid advertising and ad spend, major website expansion or new pages, ecommerce, custom development or software, video production, advanced SEO or strategy, and reputation or community management aren’t included.
If you need something outside the plan, we’ll explain the scope and cost before any additional work begins.
What do you need from me?
We’ll need timely access to your accounts, accurate business information, available brand assets, and reasonably prompt feedback and approvals. We’ll make the process clear, but we can’t complete or publish work that’s waiting on information or approval from your side.
What happens after the full 90-day setup period?
Your first 90 days are the setup period, when the website build, cleanup, setup, and content foundation happen. After the full 90 days, the plan continues month-to-month.
You can cancel after the setup period with 14 days’ formal written notice that clearly states your intent to cancel. Email counts as written notice. The plan doesn’t include a formal pause or freeze option.
Will I have a real person to contact?
Yes. For questions, requests, and troubleshooting within the plan, you can reach a real person by phone, email, or text during normal business hours. The plan doesn’t include unlimited consulting or support for services outside its scope.
Do unused updates or services roll over?
No. Included services are scheduled for their monthly, quarterly, or annual cycle and don’t bank, stack, or roll over. If access, information, assets, feedback, or approval arrive late, that delay doesn’t create extra work in a later period.
What do I own, and what happens if I leave?
You own your approved copy, client-specific content, and business assets, and you should own your domain. The website is hosted and maintained within the CVDMG or Creative Visions Live 365 environment while you subscribe.
If you leave, we’ll cooperate with a reasonable transition. Substantial export, migration, rebuilding, or platform conversion may need to be quoted separately. Our proprietary systems, templates, licenses, infrastructure, and nontransferable third-party components aren’t transferred.
Can I switch website platforms later?
A platform change after launch is treated as a new website build, not a normal revision. It requires a new agreement, separate scope, and separate pricing.
