How do Core, Standard, and Growth differ?
Core focuses on repairing the credibility gaps doing the most damage now. Standard provides a broader website, messaging, and brand rebuild. Growth supports a larger, deeper, or more complex credibility and conversion transformation with greater ongoing involvement.
What if I already have a website I like?
You may not need a rebuild at all. We’ll review your current site first. If it’s in good shape and we can responsibly support it, you can start with ongoing Look Credible care at the monthly rate. If the site needs a few things fixed first, we’ll explain what we recommend and quote that work separately. If it genuinely needs a larger rebuild, we’ll tell you why. We’re not going to make you replace a website that’s already doing its job.
Why is there an initial project investment and a monthly fee?
The Initial Project Investment covers the focused website, brand, messaging, proof, customer-path, and credibility work needed to close the current gap. Forever Fresh™ is the ongoing website and credibility management phase that follows. It keeps the website, messaging, proof, customer path, and overall presentation current as the business evolves.
How do the project payment options affect delivery and Forever Fresh™?
You may pay the Initial Project Investment in full, in three monthly payments, or in six monthly payments. That schedule does not change the project scope, production pace, or launch timing. Forever Fresh™ begins only after the Initial Project is complete and the Initial Project Investment is fully paid. If the project launches before the final installment, it may remain live while the remaining project payments continue. Launch-related corrections, actual bugs, technical stabilization, and reasonable corrections tied directly to the delivered project remain part of the Initial Project. Recurring Forever Fresh™ improvement cycles do not begin during that gap.
Do I have to write the website copy myself?
No. Professional copy development or refinement is included according to the project scope. We gather the information we need from you, write in clear language that fits the business, and give you the opportunity to review it before anything is finalized.
What does Forever Fresh™ include?
Forever Fresh™ includes appropriate technical upkeep, hosting or platform management where CVDMG hosts the site, ongoing website and content improvements within the plan’s capacity, and continued review of messaging, proof, calls to action, customer paths, and presentation. Standard and Growth add greater improvement capacity and deeper strategic involvement.
Will I own my website content and brand materials?
Your business owns its domain and the approved client-specific content and brand materials created for the project. If the site is hosted within the CVDMG or Live 365 environment while service remains active, the hosting environment itself does not automatically transfer. Any substantial migration, export, rebuild, or transition work will be explained and quoted separately when applicable.
What happens if I cancel Forever Fresh™?
Once it begins, Forever Fresh™ continues month-to-month. You may cancel it with 14 days’ written notice that clearly states your intent to cancel, and email counts as written notice. We’ll explain any hosting, platform, access, or separately quoted transition work that applies before service ends.
How is Look Credible different from Small Business Essentials™?
Small Business Essentials includes a professionally customized website and a defined level of Forever Fresh™ website care within its $199/month plan for eligible small businesses. Look Credible is for businesses that need a more customized website or credibility project, broader work across messaging, brand, proof, and customer paths, or more ongoing improvement capacity. If Small Business Essentials is enough for your business, we’ll tell you.
