Forever Fresh™ is the ongoing website and credibility management phase that follows. It keeps the website, messaging, proof, customer path, and overall presentation current as the business evolves.

Core focuses on repairing the credibility gaps doing the most damage now, then keeps the site current with one meaningful website improvement or content refinement each monthly cycle. Standard provides a broader website, messaging, and brand rebuild, then adds room to address related improvements together, with a quarterly review to help identify what matters next. Growth supports a larger, deeper, or more complex credibility and conversion transformation, then adds a monthly strategy call, priority turnaround, and closer coordination around launches, expansion, and larger online-presence changes. The work stays within the selected plan’s capacity rather than following a preset number of changes.

You may pay the Initial Website Build Investment in full, in three monthly payments, or in six monthly payments. The payment schedule does not change the agreed build scope or production pace. If the site is ready to launch before the final installment is paid, it may go live while the remaining build balance continues under the agreed payment schedule. Until the Initial Website Build is complete and fully paid, hosting, baseline SSL and security, technical availability, launch-related bug fixes, stabilization, and reasonable corrections tied directly to the delivered build remain part of the Initial Website Build. Forever Fresh™ begins only after the build is complete and fully paid. This interim coverage does not include new pages, new features, recurring refreshes, or other ongoing improvement work outside the approved build.

Forever Fresh™ includes appropriate technical upkeep, hosting or platform management where CVDMG hosts the site, ongoing website and content improvements within the plan’s capacity, and continued review of messaging, proof, calls to action, customer paths, and presentation. Core includes one meaningful website improvement or content refinement each monthly cycle. Standard has room for broader related improvements, such as refining a service page alongside its proof or next step, plus a quarterly review. Growth adds a 30-minute monthly strategy call, priority turnaround, and closer coordination when the website is changing more actively. These are examples of how the plans work, not a guaranteed number of changes.

Small Business Essentials includes a professionally customized website and a defined level of Forever Fresh™ website care within its $199/month plan for eligible small businesses. Look Credible is for businesses that need a more customized website or credibility project, broader work across messaging, brand, proof, and customer paths, or more ongoing improvement capacity. No. Professional copy development or refinement is included according to the project scope. We gather the information we need from you, write in clear language that fits the business, and give you the opportunity to review it before anything is finalized.

Your business owns its domain and the approved client-specific content and brand materials created for the project. If the site is hosted within the CVDMG or Live 365 environment while service remains active, the hosting environment itself does not automatically transfer. Any substantial migration, export, rebuild, or transition work will be explained and quoted separately when applicable.

Once it begins, Forever Fresh™ continues month-to-month. You may cancel it with 14 days’ written notice that clearly states your intent to cancel, and email counts as written notice. We’ll explain any hosting, platform, access, or separately quoted transition work that applies before service ends.
